They text you and pretend you have missed a parcel (no information is given about the parcel.) then ask for postcode (any postcode you enter always comes up with same page about try to delivery today at 11:23.) the asks for personal data name address birth date and then ask for a small fee for redelivery and ask for bank card and bank account details.

This number rang on 09/03/23. When I answered, the call just ended. This number rang again on 10/03/23. The caller had a South Asian accent, knew my name and enquired about the car accident I'd had. I responded that this would be the car accident I hadn't had and told him to stop wasting my time. There was a fairly insincere 'apology' that he'd been given the incorrect details.

Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. I have received several calls to my mobile from this number recently. If I don t answer the phone, they don t leave a message and when I do answer it the caller appears to hang up. I am wandering if it is SPAM or a wrong number (but surely if the latter they would have left a message for someone else or spoken to me and discovered the error). I ve noticed several Manchester numbers being associated with unwanted calls to EE customers and wonder if this number is also being used by the same people/company.
