0845 2863353 is on the phone to me every day. They are annoying and the calls are unwanted and they come at all times: morning afternoon and evening. Very often they ring at breakfast, mid-morning, lunchtime, teatime and dinner time. Co-incidence?

Supposedly a company called Direct Legal, claimed to want to talk to me about compensation for an accident. A quick google search reveals they are a debt collection agency based in Buckley, even though the phone number has a Glasgow area code.

I answer phone screaming in pain, man ask me if I have accident in last 3 month, I scream "Yes!" He say I may have claim, and ask when I have accident? I scream "when running for phone! I slip, I fell, I ouch!" He say claim exclude last 3 minute. I cry. Then weird man ask if I want sky? I scream "I looky at sky, my legs die when fall answering phone for claim no happen." Didn't answer the call... The number doesn't allow incoming calls when I tried it. Sick of these nussiance calls. Number blocked.

This number is Santander. They contacted me when I tried to make a large transaction via Western Union and needed to confirm it was me. I was successfully able to make the transaction after the call. Very helpful.
