Took several seconds to connect and there were call centre noises in the background. Told me I'd receive details of a claim through the post in the next 2 days, which is nonsense, as I haven't made any claims. Told them I subscribed to the TPS and for them to remove me from their list, for all the good it'll do!

She had as much intelligence as a busted cabbage and just kept saying "this is a great deal isn t it?"
