This caller tried to take control of my computer by asking me to run the file Ammy. He said he was from windows error reporting and he could see on his screen that my computer had over 2000 error reports. I didn t run the file, as my windows firewall blocked it when i clicked Run, and i was suspicious.

Asking for a "Mrs Jones" about the washing machine warranty! Hung up when I called her a scammer! LOL!
