Called my mother and used her first name. She passed the telemarketer for Pure Independence to me - a bullying and aggressive pitch falsely claiming we had completed a survey last year and demanding to know why I would not let Malcolm come and ask my mother to test out various pads and cushions. I told him not to call back. Pressuring bully approach - very pushy, Disgraceful.
"Arron" from microsoft..."about your computer" when I queried which one he hung up.

Hassle call purporting to be from local electricity company. Caller degenerated into seemingly suggestive language along the lines of female respondent seeming a bit frustrated
