Have previously had the microsoft scam, trying to get remote access to my pc - unfortunately even the police were not concerned about this really. Now Im getting them saying they are from "Peoples Albanian" saying they are calling me regarding the survey I took part in ( I did not) on behalf of UK companies. I get up to 5 calls per day, I really wish this would stop its a total nightmare, absolutely fed up with it bee going on for a long time now!

Told me my life insurance was due for renewal when him I didnt know what he was talking about he said Id been looking for life insurance recently. I told him I hadnt and he apologised for the confusion and rung off.
Call Centre (company ECC?) asking if I had claimed ppi and bank charges and when I said yes she asked if I had made any claims in the last 3 months as banks and financial institutes had been fined for not paying back everything they should. She claimed to be calling me back and I said I had never heard of her company so she couldn't be calling me back. She then appeared to be reading text from a screen and I just left her to it while I carried on about my business and then she hung up.

If I hadn't he said he would be able to help me but I had to let him know which banks I had taken out the claims with. I told him I was busy and asked him to call back.
