This is British Gas I just had boiler serviced. I have answered the call but they keep calling, they call to try to con you into having a new boiler installed. It now needs answering again to let them know you are just going through the channels to report them and they can get fined. They soon draw in their horns , we did do this 2 years ago after having the same problem. We got compensation and out data was wiped at the time from their computers. People out there just do it British Gas have very aggre
