Baring in mind this number is from London and i live over an hour and a half away from london, and i am currently not driving at the moment, i find this very hard for me to have hit his car. He was quite aggressive down the phone, swearing and expecting me to pay for the damage. I then said could you read out the note and he hung up.

this number is reliance advisory trying to get info about PPI, but will not remove my details from their system even though I requested this several times. Saying I had made a claim which I have not, saying I have applied for a loan which I have not.
Received phone call. I picked it up, but they somehow left a message on voicecall instead? Voicecall message was an automated message in an foreign language, similar to a bunch of other scam calls I've received, so I blocked the number. Not sure if this is a Wangiri scam or my phone glitched and it is some other type of scam.
