This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I believe that this is the same scamming ambulance chasing company whose other numbers include the following 0207946 and various last four digits 1369 / 0364 /0996 1821 Have blocked them all and think they keep ringing on different numbers cos their victims keep blocking them
