Nuisance caller - usual rubbish about have you recently been in a car accident that wasn't your fault etc.
Unknown caller, accidentally called back and unable to connect!

Phone (mobile) on showing "Potential Fraud" never bothered to answer, it's now blocked.
Said they were from Vodafone but they weren't convincing, had a very strong foreign accent, hung up as soon as I started asking them to confirm who then were. Potential SCAM
