L.O.L. Only connection i have with China is my smart phone was made and originated from there...

TAXES / HMRC - recorded message with female / American accent stating from HMRC and asking to press options - very obviously a scam.

Had a call via reception about meeting a rep from Collins. Harper Collins say its not one of their offices. Scammer no doubt looking for easy prey.
SCAM - Claiming to be from 02 and asking for security code to access the account and give you a monthly discount. Fortunately the text that’s sent with the code warns to hand up immediately if code is being requested via the phone. Stay vigilant!

Had 3 calls so far today, 1 in morning 2 afternoon, all hang up after I pick up, regardless of wait time. No one knows my landline either, so don’t know how it’s being called unless it’s malicious. Answered a call from this number, where the caller, Chris (with a thick Indian accent), claimed to be from O2 and wanted to know how my day was. Since I'm not an O2 customer, I hung up and blocked the number.
