I said I had not and the person on the line said it would be okay but we must act quickly and run through some network checks. When I said I was on an Apple device (Macbook) he immediately hung up as these devices are less vulnerable. I recommend you immediately mention you have an apple device as any legitimate company would not terminate a call based on this inform
