I took on my phone number in January and the previous holder of the number is being sought by these people. They call up to five times a day and despite me advising EVERY SINGLE FKNG TIME that I am not who they are looking for and even having written to their complaints department, the calls don t stop. I m absolutely sick to the back teeth of them.

Just took a call from this number - they asked for me by name and then said I had recently entered a competition and thats how they got my number and they wanted to save me money on my power supplier - I politely explained I wasnt the bill payer and wasn t interested. The guy then demanded to speak to the bill payer - I told him they are not available and not interested. He then went on a rant at me - at which point I hung up and blocked the number. Asian female reportedly from "Windows Tech Support" called to tell me that that they had received numerous error messages from my computer and that she was there to help. Ran off a load of numbers and letter supposedly from my computer licence and when asked to repeat it the numbers and letters did not match. When asked to supply I.P. address hung up. "Windows Tech Support" would never ring. Total scam.

When I asked who was calling, she replied with the company name, which I didn t catch, and that it was in connection with our washing machine warranty. Our machine is about 14 years old, so the warranty ran out years ago! Number now blocked.
