This number keeps calling about an amazon account asked them to stop calling but it continues sometimes several times a day along with different numbers
missed call. when phoned back said they were from lottery company and will call back in a couple of days

Received a call from 01217448612. Someone with a south Asian accent in what sounded like a call centre, pretending to be from BT (old scam, saying there was a problem with the Internet connection). I checked on sites such as this and couldn't find anything so I called the number). It was answered by someone with a very different accent, in a silent background environment, who assured me it was her home landline. Can dodgy callers now have someone else's number given on the display of the person they call?
Supposedly Carphone Warehouse calling about an upgrade. Rude person.
