Pre-recorded child's voice clearly a scam

SCAM This number appears to the associated with Bank Payment scams because I nearly fell for one, Had an automated message stating from my bank say that they had identified to large debits against my account which were suspicious. When I replied that they were not mine, I was put through to this number and was answered by a man who gave his name as a Paul Butler and stated that he was a member on the bank fraud investigation team. I got suspicious when he told be that this call was confidential.

The call sounded very much as if it came from a call centre because I answered, there was a pause and a click and then someone answered from what sounded like a very busy office. He gave me an overly cheerful 'gooooood morning', which I didn't know how to answer because it's 4pm here. As I considered my response, the line went dead.

Installed Windows 10 the other day and all was fine. Then I was checking my email and a messgage popped up apparently from Orange home my provider with an annoying noise saying that i needed to call them I called the number and heard a noise then 2 secs after I discounted I get a call back from some Indian chap saying he was from windows technical support.... yeah right! Turned off the lap top and now all fine

SCAM Recorded message. Told me I'd been charged £500 pounds to my credit card. I put phone down and blocked
