"Caller asked for the "homeowner" (only closest friends have my number so we knew it wasn t genuine) very crackly line, he mentioned solar panels but my daughter could not hear him and asked him to repeat what he said and he hung up. I did 1571 and got this number in Plymouth. These calls are harassing and need to be stopped. No companies have my number and I have only had a landline since October so BT and other providers should be prevented from selling our phone numbers."
