Doesn't speak then when rang back they deny they've rang and they have the wrong number

They called repeatedly - at least 3 times/day. Whenever I answered there was no response from them; when they eventually responded after about 10 calls they claimed to be the TPS and they could stop all of our nuisance calls. The irony was lost on them.
