This company called me today - Thursday 20th July 2017. It s some automated robotic voice system, asking whever I ve been involved in a car accident recently. I repeatedly asked who is this and the call was aventually disconnected.

Get calls from this number several times a day offering PPI recovery.

Left a garbled voice message. Couldn't understand what he said.

I received a call this afternoon from David from London Police Station informing me that fraudulent transcations are taking place in my account (approx. ?3100) and it would be best for me to relocate my funds into safe keepings. Does this sound strange to anyone else? I said righto mate, "I expect that you will take care of it for me then." - Not a believer.

a man called, asked me my name and then put me on hold. I was suspicious and hung up.i suspect a scam as the area code was northern Ireland and the mans accent was irish

Caller given my number,don't know how wouldn't say ,said he loved me!told him I'd get my husband and contact police

got an email saying i was eligible for a tax refund aparantly this is a scam and the sender should be tracked and prosecuted.

The called once and when I answered immediately cut me off.

Rang twice on my mobile and they hung up!

Call a person /persons I m assisting simply don t communicate by phone ignore, block , change number. Check if debt is enforceable if not don t pay it ,arrange repayment by letter if you wish or request they take you to court and then leave it until you hear from the court. They can ask for payment they cannot enforce it just change numbers bin letter . Phoned twice in 2 hours. Called it back and a recorded message starts thank you for contacting First Contact util energy. Please hold while we connect you. I ve played the message 3 times and can t make out the Util. It could be utility but not sure. I don t know them anyways so it s blocked.

Person with an Asian accent (after a delay) introducing himself as Peter Thompson purporting to be from BT claimed someone in America was using my IP address and accessing emails . Asked what devices I was using to access the internet. The scammer wasn t afraid to argue back aggressively when I told him in no uncertain terms I knew this was an attempt to hack in to the internet.

I received several calls on my both numbers when i was in plane .. unable to attend a call. I am trying to call back this number.. doesn t answer the call.

Called my mobile late morning on a Wednesday. I answered with a polite “hello” but the caller just put the phone down after I had waited 2 or 3 seconds for a response. Not found...

I got called by an irish woman, knew my name and said she was calling from some company i didnt quite catch the name of.

From the other comments, o gather this is Christians Against Poverty which is a charity I support. Not sure why they called me but I know they re trustworthy :)
