Apparently I would be transferred over to a qualified adviser only to find out I was not speaking to a qualified adviser and would later be passed over again just so this so called adviser would check I was happy. This caller, a male with Asian accent, is potentially dangerous. He said he was from BT and that my broadband connection had been compromised. When I explained that I did not have a phone line from BT any more, I asked how could he know that my internet connection had been compromised.
