Never have landline calls, emergency use only as landline is in place for broadband. This number just called, ironic as just gave Sky Broadband and Line Rental 14 days notice to quit due to call charges increase. I do not give this landline number out to anyone except my parents. When I receive a call rom this number they say they are Survey UK and they call every day and everyday I ask them not to call again.They know my surname, post code & address and want to know my first name I refuse to give that and they insist they have to
This is a firm of surveyors who want to make Rating Appeals. We are registered with TPS and have also asked them to stop making calls - they ignore both facts. They are just like PPI Claims people. Have complained to TPS and to ICO and now to the RICS who are their Professional Body. Their website says they have a 70 seat call centre - so must be making thousands of calls every day.
