Are based in Scotland with no known office in 01305 exchange area. Have calls from Scotland re-routed through local exchange numbers in order to persuade people to answer a local number. If you call it back, then the call is again re-routed back to their Scotland office. Not sure if this is an illegal practice under telephony legislation, but would be interested if anyone can come up with the legislation about having calls re-routed to give the answering CLI the impression that the call is local.

Call from an unknown number

These people keep calling my mobile number and asking for the complete wrong person! I have told them on numerous occassions that they have the wrong number and to remove my contact information but it obviously goes in one ear and out the other! I have blocked this number from my phone number but I would like to officially report the problem so if anyone knows how to do this please share. Thanks

Caller contacted me regarding my contact with BT openreach and claimed they were phoning to give me feedback on fibre broadband. He knew my name and sounded legitimate however on confirming my address the line went dead

Dangerous. Texted me to say that O2 could not process my payment and asking me to click on link to update payment details. I do not have any O2 products.

Has called my number 11 times in two days, it rings three times before going dead. This time I caught it in time and got someone trying to sell me insurance. If I wanted more insurance, I would go and buy it!

This seems to be a company called Barrhead Travel in Renfrewshire as checked on Company Check. There is no information person or financial information submitted to companies house. It is not a Limited Company.

This is 1st Credit (DCA). They txt using this mobile number 07508602737. Didn t answer call, as these type of companies, no matter how many times you tell them you are not the person they are looking for they just keep ringing and txt ing.
