Although the number is a London number it would appear it is redirected from a foreign country as the language was not great and any question I asked was answered with a repeated line stating the deal they were offering and not actually answering my question. The message claimed to be from NatWest asking me to call which I did. I was asked to hold for a good 5 minutes. I was asked for account number and sort code but not for any card details. They said they did not know why I had received the message. When I rang NatWest fraud number they said that this is NOT a genuine NatWest number. Nothing untoward appears to have happened on my account. I await my phone bill!
