She said she had a few simple questions about my current phone line. When I asked again who she was working for, she replied she would put me through to " one of our lovely advisers". They will ask a random question like "We hear you have been having problems in your house, is that true?" or "Hello you have won blah blah blah" and then immediately hang up. I think this is a possible scam, I think they want you to call them back. - Block the number and forget about them.
