Genuine call regarding my insurance renewal

I have received quite a few calls from this number. I decided to phone it back, and there was an automated computer voice (sounded a bit American) which said "I m sorry, an application error has occurred. Goodbye." Obviously a scam of some sort. I ve saved the number in my phone as Spam Caller , so I ll be sure not to answer it in future.

JTM called to make an appointment and I missed the call. I had complaoned that hey had not called me previously. you cannot call them back as they answer and ask how they can help but as soon as you say anything they pretend they cannot hear you and put the phone down I have now tried from 3 different phones and am very annoyed.

Same here, they rang me. I asked who they were, young man was adamant I give my details,as If!!!! Surely I would of had something in the post or an email of some kind instead of these young kids who call up. Im starting to wonder now. Perhaps "Anne Rob" might like to seek this one out....Find this rather odd as my credit file is fine. First thing in the morning too. Dont they think people have children or work to attend to. Missed Call - Called Back - And the same PPI S**t. The lady started off asking personal details, which I didn t reveal and asked what it is about. She doesnt want to listen when I said I am not interested and she can take off my name from her database. Am now receiving atleast 1-2 calls a day and 3-4 sms messages from various people/companies and I think it has crossed the limits to be tagged as harassment. Am not sure what OFCOM is doing about it.
