Had a call at approximately 11.10pm that sounded fraudulent. Have a close relative in hospital with a severe heart condition so have been waiting by the phone for urgent news of their status. We have never had a call of this nature on our landline or at this hour and due to the circumstances it has caused enormous and unnecessary distress. Overwhelmed as i write this.

FRAUD - Automated call stating that your national insurance number has been stolen or compromised etc and to press 1 to be connected to a caller. Dont be mistaken because it is an 0800 number, it is not legitimate, just fraudsters trying to obtain your personal information.

Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". NATIONAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS LTD We were called today by Bailey who confirmed he found our number online and did not screen for TPS. He confirmed he understood the law regarding TPS. To call TPS reg number is against the law. Asked to speak with his manager Oliver who did not seem concerned. I repeatedly asked to be put through to his manager which he refused, 'saying no one was available'. Asked for the Compliance Officer again he refused.
