they are very polite and cooperative.
Automated caller claiming to be from Amazon Prime and invites you to press 1 to talk to them about renewals. Not genuine so blocked

Fraud SPAM SCAM Number text me as a wrong number looking for Carolyn, when i replied wrong number, they apologised and asked for my name so they could add me to their address book so it wouldn't happen again. There have been 22 checks on this number in 2 days, it screams phishing for information that will be used for scams or fraud in the future.

SCAM reported as if Amazon and reset my password asking for the OTP .
voicemail said they from the fraud squad and money bank transfer had been taking from our account and also card been used told to press number to speak to someone.
SCAM Recorded message telling me my card has been used for Amazon and an International Transfer of £1000.
Stated they were from BT hard to understand 100% Scam ! Beware Beware Beware
Scammers based in Bath telling me I have won £500k in US lottery!!!! Didn t wait to hear the rest of their rubbish so hung up.
