Have classified as dangerous as could cause worry and upset and I suspect would have gone on to request personal details or a call back/link to dodgy website

I received a call from someone who said she was from an indecipherable (!) company who was going to check I had the cheapest phone line rate. She said she had a few simple questions about my current phone line. When I asked again who she was working for, she replied she would put me through to " one of our lovely advisers". At this point I rang off.
