Very quiet on the phone, knew my name, couldn't clearly hear what he was saying but caught him mentioning an accident and insurance claim for it. When I asked him to repeat as he was quiet, he hung up on me.

i get a call from this number every single day before 9am, i have never answered it because from reading these posts i really dont want to as i have never owed ebay anything or paypal so i dont know why they would want to contact me so much!
PLEASE report this number via the 101 non emergency police number. This is NOT just a nuisance telemarketer but a fraudster trying to get your bank details. Do not even confirm your name. I contacted the police 101 number and they said they had already received complaints about this number. The more complaints they get, the more resources they can get to chase them down. Trying to sell warranties on TVs: apparently we have a Samsung CRT in our front room which they d like to protect with a warranty, even though we have insurance and whatnot, and it s about 20 years old. Very difficult to get rid of: had to explain only watch 4hrs TV a week and had three spare TVs in house (also Internet TV) before caller went away.
Keeps on calling me at least once a day, if pickup no one answering. They even call 1:30am in the morning. if i ever find the caller is, im gonna kick his ar*e to the max!
