Not if you follow the instructions on the BT website (or the numerous instances in this thread) on how to deal with it.

Caller claimed to be VW Finance calling about an agreement. They couldn t tell me the reg no of the car they were calling about. Also didn t seem to know my name.

Calling as a billing provider for your mains water. Actually saved me quite a bit of money

Scam caller THREE TIMES today from this number. Talk Talk scam stuff again. They've been at it for months. Based in Pakistan. It's a hoax folks. They must be bored out...

This number is annoying me from 1 week. When ever i pick up the call then no one speak.
