Called 1705 29May19. Also called previous day after I hung up on them having made payment to them for outstanding HMRC amount. They were prattling on about keeping their system up to date and expected me to hold while they did so. Not my problem. I had made the payment - end of.

Male called stating he was from an Accident Investigation Department asking if we had contacted him regarding a collision, I asked him to clarify what company he was calling from and he kept repeating the Accident Investigation Department. When I challenged that is a department not a company name, he said he was working on behalf of solicitors. I asked again details of exactly who he was working for an he hung up. Clearly cold calling to see if they can pick up people who have had accidents
