Do not call them back whoever it is - you will pay for it. Tell me why companies still use payed lines for telemarketing (some other reason than scam?)... Phoned me yesterday, i answered as this is a local number to me. Line was quiet initially, and then a male voice stated where he was calling from (though he said it so fast, no one would have a chance in understanding where he was calling from). He then went on to say "you recent life insurance claim has been refused".
