I have asked what it is for, and they emailed and said computer protection taken out in 2015. So I have asked for invoice numbers and amounts. Also for their address. It really worries me -- what could this do to someone elderly? It's horrible. I have reported it to ActionFraud.

Like many other people I have been charged £30.99 which I definitely did not make. On checking this with a2b they can do nothing as they get paid by the provider, in my case, BT. I have made 4 different chat lines to BT but with no effect. They gave me a discount of £5. I was insulted and said I want a refund - the Indian base have told me to email BT at [email protected] I doubt if I will get anywhere and feel this scam should now be exposed to the media. I hope this might help others in this position
