I am totally sick of this company ringing my house. Been going on for more than three years now and I am sick of asking them not to keep calling my house. Some times they call up to 6 times a day. They rang yesterday and then hung up before I got to phone. I rang 1471 and I have numerous problems with my arms and hands and pressed 3 by mistake and returned the call. Now I have been charged an extra ?7 pound on my bill for that call. Not happy.

Rang & said my national insurance number had been compromised, I think it was a scam
Actually sounded very plausible. Knew my name and address. Said that my washing machine cover had run out. Couldn't remember when I bought it but didn't think that it was over a year and thought I had 5 year manu's warranty (checked afterwards & correct on both counts). Company was APS or something. She was well spoken, no accent. But she was never going to hook me as she said it would cost £60 a year & she had reduced that from £99!! Came up international (didn't spot that) but 1471 gave th
a man with an accent called and it was clear from what he said by way of introduction that it was an unwanted call. Managed to get him to give us the number.

Charges of 64p are made to your mobile number for messages you receive and are listed on my 3 network bill as “Message Event”. This number calls a LOT especially as I have asked twice to be removed from their database. Excel services wanting to service a dyson we do not have. Just had a call today, VERY rude girl. I told her we had already asked to be taken off the database, we don t have a dyson. She said that s why she s got us down as non-dyson. So they can make a note of that bit but not the fact that we re not interested?! I ended up hanging up, she was just so unpleasant.

I got a call from this number regarding PPI. I told the caller I wasnt interested & put the phone down. He then RANG ME BACK & demanded to know why Id hung up on him when I hadnt heard what he had to say. I told him I still wasnt interested but he persisted so I just kept saying ovet & over Im not interested until he lost his temper & hung up. Victory for me!!!

Fraud. I got a recorded message in an American accent saying that a criminal case has been filed against me for tax evasion. I think I am probably stupid enough to accept this and panic, but I don't believe it and burst out laughing. I think the accent tipped me of 'cause the patter was quite believable(NOT!).
