I am 73 years of age & I stupidly applied for a loan now I am called daily by different people. If you see this number on your phone 02080773334 do not answer your phone. They scammed me out of ?300 & left me penniless over Christmas, they asked for another ?300 I said forget the loan put my ?300 back into my account they were very rude & said I couldn t have my money back.

SCAM I was called from a lady called Lisa. She sounded Indian. Anyway I am lucky because I have been allocated a free discount card. Free, up to 40% off shopping, Tesco etc. Also they will send me free flight tickets for me and my family, anywhere in Europe. Didn't want my bank account no. just my sort code and account number. So they could credit me £1. I put the phone down. I wonder if I will get my free discount card in the post as promised.

Call centre: Eastern/Asian accent (UK English speakers don't call you "Ma'am"!) claiming to be from BT Openreach; no preamble about Data Protection or recording calls for security purposes. When I stated that we did not have an account with BT Openreach the line went dead.
Missed call from this number. I called back and when the woman answered I told her I d received a missed call from this number and wondered what it was. She immediately hung up.
SCAM - Say they're from "BT Openreach" and there's a problem with my router. I called it out as a scam and they hung up!
