Indian callers claim to be from windows.they will tell you your computer has been sending them error reports.they then ask you to turn your computer on and then tell you how to fix the problem.they get you to switch on remote access.then they control your computer and have access to all bank,credit card and password details that have been entered.NEVER DO THIS !!! please report to your local police

After being passed to 2 different Asian voices and having to repeat the information they d fed me and being told to lie when asked if someone had given me this info, I was finally passed to a English man called Jack at Clear Cover Compare who wanted me to take out insurance policy, the excuse was he was extendedin an existing policy. Caller knows I ve applied for power of attorney for my husband ? HOW ?? Reason for call - my husband may be due for refund PIP. Said he ll call back in one month when power of attorney should be completed !! This number has now been blocked on my phone. I won t get involved with unsolicited phone calls.
