Guy called Travis Smith from BT Technical dept called (but he was clearly an Indian!!!) said I would be disconnected for 23 days within the hour if I didn't perform the following checks. Calls me 2/3 times a day landline and mobile. Today decided to pick up to tell them to remove me from their database and I had reported the number for harrassment. They said, it s because we can t get hold of you. I said, put anything you need to in writing and remove me from this list. Woman was surprised and said, "but it s the AA", I said, I don t care who you are! As I don t belong to the AA anyway, I certainly wont be joining them in the future!
