Female voice asked for me by name, although I did not say who I was she went on to say, 'its about the accident you had'!! Unfortunately as I was busy I just hung up and called it back, instead of it ringing out it just played music without any dialling tone so hung up.

She said she had a few simple questions about my current phone line. When I asked again who she was working for, she replied she would put me through to " one of our lovely advisers". At this point I rang off.
