Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? Kept trying to tell me it was my windows 7 pc, then gave me a spurious windows registration number, but couldn t let me know my IP address. Then when I told her it was a windows 10 machine, switched to telling me it was my windows server. I do run a server, but it s Linux! They really won t give up will they!

She said she had a few simple questions about my current phone line. When I asked again who she was working for, she replied she would put me through to " one of our lovely advisers". They called saying that they are a financial claim company based in Leeds and confirmed your address etc... I really don't know how they got my number and I now blocked them They asked me if I lived at some address where my sister in lives and if I am her (Sharon) and I said I don't. Someone must have given them my number and when i asked them they would not give me the name of the source who did so. What is strange is that they had my number but called me Sharon and confirming the address where she lives.
