Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. This is the second time in a few days I have been targeted and the number also had 07738 prefix but followed by 207964

Probably a scam. Indian young male trying to present as being from a company I did not understand as pronounced by him. He became annoyed and started using a nasty tone and nasty words. Realising has no chances, he hung up the phone and, probably moved to another "customer".
