From what I could understand from his thick Indian accent, He was calling all owners of a certain manufactured computer to warn them about some problem....asked if I was on my computer now. I told him to send me an email about this problem and hung up.

Automated call third time today,informing me that my Amazon account would be auto renewed and £39.99 would be taken from my bank account, and to press1 if I wanted to change this.

I had a silent call (on 15/5/15)& as I was expecting a call from unknown people on this area code, I used 1471 and phoned back. I heard a recorded message "You were called today by Media Match. The cal was not important and we will try again later. Goodbye" A Google search for Media Match shows a US firm with this name, but on websites similar to this one they claim that they do not cold-call and that their name is being mis-used. I have reported the call to Ofcom as a silent call causing annoyanc

Company tries to sell alternative investments in oil, gold & diamonds. The company is outside uk financial regulation & cited by the regulator as engaging in share scams.

Phone call from these people. Smooth talking salesman told me name of the company and said they are doing surveys. I answered some questions about the property and then he said they are calling at 7 pm tomorrow to do a property survey and sit down with me and discuss options. I was alarmed and said I do not let strangers into my house. He was persistent so I put the phone down. I wonder if anyone ever agrees to the property survey. They might be genuine, but I reckon it is best not to chance it.

recieved 20 calls from that number. they want to claim money back for you, from any old loans you have had.

Have been called several times from this number during past 14 days. Asian man and woman who claim to be conducting a survey. The organisation is called Choice Today. Also use the number 01274 792012. Both numbers not recognised when I tried to call back.
