Unknown number calling a TPS registered private number. It is one digit different from 01226666737, Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd calling with a driveway scam that has been pestering my home number recently and may be the same. Asked for help and paid money for tutoring but got nothing back. Had a call on the day asking for more money and then threatened me with going to my university. I have contacted the fraud and police depts and have emailed him to tell him so! If anybody is blackmailed by him..ignore it...he is unable to do anything as it will only incriminate him further. The more people who report this evil fraud the better. Has anybody been actually able to get any money back from him? Can you contact his bank??

The call was automated Glaswegian female voice saying "You have been contacted by (inaudible name), please call back immediately on 01413536463" the line went dead immediately. I decided to research number online as we do not have our number published in phone books. Various comments on forums suggest they are a debt collection agency called Zinc. We owe no debts and have great credit rating, so this call seems very strange! I won t be calling back either!

Interviewer difficult to understand. Took 7 minutes and I ended it because the questions kept coming.
When I answered the call a man said he was calling from a security company which installed alarms etc - I said I was not interested and he said ok and I switched off phone. It was to my mobile number which I have only given to friends and family - cannot understand how I am now getting calls on this phone mainly from phones which appear to be in the North of England. Lots of times no-one answers but equally I do not answer most of them as presume they are scams

This is from Lloyd s Fraud line first time they rung i didn t believe it was them as they had given me a 3 numbered code and told me to phone another number. Later that night they phoned back again and this time asked for my date of birth and then listed off the details of my last spending habits for me to say if it was actually me.
