They lock you out of your laptop/computer have access to all your Internet banking details, card payments made etc. If you don't bank online , they tell you unless you pay them money, they won't reverse the block on laptop/computer. had a call from 01395873349 at 10.34am today 09/10/2015 to my land line. Answered it as coincidently it IS our area code. Female voice asked for me by name, although I did not say who I was she went on to say, 'its about the accident you had'!! Unfortunately as I was busy I just hung up and called it back, instead of it ringing out it just played music without any dialling tone so hung up.
