Indian call center claiming to be O2 and offering me a 30% discount but also asking me to verify that I'm the owner of the phone by text even though they called me. They also wanted me to tell them how much I was paying per month so that they could discount it, if they are from O2 then why would they not know how much I'm paying already? It's a scam, clearly. No matter how much he tried to persuade me otherwise.

The blighters rang me again with their wretched recorded message telling me it was not too late to claim. I was under pressure, about to send an urgent email. I want to see these people prosecuted.
