SCAM - "tax evasion, criminal case scam"
Beware Scammer and Hacker! Number used to replace my recovery phone on my Xiaomi account in an attempt to lock me out of my phone. Part of a larger problem where If I hadn't realised what was going on he could have potentially gotten into all my accounts locked me out of them too, then blackmailed me to release them. Seems to be involved in various types of phishing scams, E-mails/Whatsapp/ chatrooms etc. May go by the name of Sam.

SCAM Every day, two or three times per day. Arrogant woman argued with me that I had registered my number to have a call back from her. No way! They are online trading people. I told her several times do not call me again. She was not for giving in. Eventually I told her to F-off.

She'd done the "How are you this morning?", like a lot of the phone scams do. Nothing was said about security questions! Suspect this was another scam call.
