Call to landline today 07.05.2021 at 11.45am. No message left. Number not known to us and no information online. Area code is Swansea, so it s almost certainly a call centre.

Call received 4th April - female claiming to be Daniella asked for me by first name (my wife took the call0 - then hung up. called received 6th April - silence then an automated good bye. I class this as harassment and downright annoying. Am reporting the number as such. Don t give these people the time of day!

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. This is the 2nd phone call on my mobile in two days saying that my son may be in receipt of some money. When I asked who they was they repeated that they wanted to speak to my son as it was in his interest and it was confidential, dater protected and so on then and wanted his mobile number. I informed them that I was his mother and if their not prepared to give me information then I m not prepared to divulge information under the dater protection act. They hung up!

Answered call and a young man asked to speak with me by name in regard to private pensions, when he found that I was already retired & receiving a state pension, he said sorry for troubling me and ended the call.

Picked up the phone and an automated voice said "this is a message from....." there was a number but they said it so quickly I couldn t take it down. The message was "are you online for real?". No idea what it meant and I wasn t online at the time

It's a recorded message from a PPI company "dear customer, we having been trying to contact you about your PPI claim.."
