Said got my details from my insurer and when I demanded the name of the company who gave him my details he had the bloody check to say 'dont you know the name of your insurer'. Then the idiot had a go at the guessing the name and guess what, he got it completely wrong! Some good ideas on these comments, next time I am going to keep them on the phone and feed the
