It is not Barclaycard I called and for less than a minute got charged ?1.77 it?s a scam. Had a missed call from this number every day this week, therefore decided to answer .....silence for a while, then a very rude man advised he was calling regarding a government incentive scheme for heating. He asked if I would take the call. I said I was at work and that it was inconvenient to talk and he said: "I thought you might say that" (very rudely) and hung up! Didn't even say where he was calling from.
