Asian-sounding male calling from "Bank Security" informing me of suspected fraud on my account. Seemed unaware that my bank has no connection with Norway where the call seemed to have been placed from; also couldn't provide the account number he was calling about or even the Bank he was calling from.

Reactive Media Marketing phoned to say that I was due a refund. You can tell it is a cold caller PPI scam the way they talk. My response was "Well if I am due a refund then pay it back using the Direct Debit that it was taken by".. that seamed to confuse him a bit but was back on script...
