Called six times now in the space of an hour, I can hear the chaos of a call centre in the background but the caller doesn’t speak, call terminates at their end after about ten seconds. Annoyance blocked.

Called today in reference to reducing my debt i asked how they had acquired the number asked for the number to be removed from data base they hung up.

the caller said someone had used my card twice in one day but they didnot say which bank they were calling from and my bank always uses my name

Rang me twice over the past two days - first time I didn t answer straight away so after two rings they hung up but the second time I answered and they hung up straight away. Don t answer this number!

This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites. Boku send you a confirmation text, using this number, to tell you that you have just subscribed again. Male, didn t give name just company called me this morning to say my computer license would run out tomorrow unless I renewed it. I hung up and did 1471 to r8ng straight back - number doesn t acceptake calls. Do not give any details or pay Money this is a scaman.

Asked me about a recent accident I ve apparently had at work and then asked for my bank details so they can "confirm my identity", even though they wouldn t give me their name, the company name, or the nature of the accident

I have received several calls to my mobile from this number recently. If I don t answer the phone, they don t leave a message and when I do answer it the caller appears to hang up. I am wandering if it is SPAM or a wrong number (but surely if the latter they would have left a message for someone else or spoken to me and discovered the error). I ve noticed several Manchester numbers being associated with unwanted calls to EE customers and wonder if this number is also being used by the same people/company.
