It’s an automated call that calls repeatedly. It claims they are going to cut off the internet due to illegal activity. It’ll cut off the internet in 12 hours unless you follow the instructions by pressing the keypad. Obviously a scam.

Probably building to a scam, claimed to be BT a UK telephone provider investigating illegal activity on my internet, when I inquired as to who might be doing illegal things the caller suggested probably foreigners! The call was made at 7am in the morning to a private number, land line and one only known to family members.

This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass. This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.

Asian/Indian scam caller about cover for sky box. when asked why he was calling ex-directory and TPS registered number he became abusive and rang off. geo-location puts him in middle of Trafalgar Square although he claims he is in Scotland! this is same guy who rang in mid December but then he was using 02037 694278. treat number as dangerous and report it to Ofcom, TPS and ICO
These are both premium-rate, non-geographic numbers, and if they have called you, probably spoofed anyway - they tend to be used for TV/radio phone-in competitions.
